Space Utilization
Space Utilization serves as the central repository for information regarding the use of University facilities, where our mission is to maintain accurate information that positively impacts institutional decision making and reporting requirements. In addition to maintaining the data, this team uses a myriad of resources to analyze the use of space, assess space needs, and provide recommendations for allocation of spaces for short- and long-term use. Space Utilization works in conjunction with many other university departments to optimize the use of University spaces.
Space Advisory Committee
The Space Advisory Committee is composed of a diverse group of University faculty, staff, and student representatives, who gather and provide feedback on matters related to the use of campus facilities and spaces. These individuals represent use of space by a wide variety of groups including, but not limited to academic affairs, human resources, student success, athletics, fiscal affairs, and campus operations.
