Welcome

Eastern Kentucky University and the City of Richmond are proud to host Kentucky’s most promising student athletes and their families at the All “A” Classic tournament. The 120 smallest schools in the Commonwealth will vie to compete in the annual Classic. Thirty-two teams, cheerleaders, students, school personnel, fans and others will converge on Richmond for the five-day event, which will be held January 23-27, 2019. It is expected to attract more than 30,000 to the EKU campus and surrounding communities.

Parking for All "A" Classic Participants and Guests

Parking for All "A" Classic Volunteers & Staff

All volunteers will be parking in the upper east lot of Alumni Coliseum. Please enter into the facility via the volunteer entrance to the left of the Auxiliary gym. All EKU and City of Richmond staff working the event will park in the Upper Commonwealth Lot and will enter the building via the pass gate.

Parking for University Employees and Students

The All A Classic provides the University and the City of Richmond an opportunity to showcase our campus to prospective future Colonels.  As many of our guests will not be familiar with Richmond and our campus, we are asking that faculty, staff and students to avoid parking in the Alumni Coliseum lot Wednesday, January 23-Sunday, January 27, 2019.  It is anticipated that the Alumni Coliseum parking lot will experience heavy traffic flows for the duration of the event.

Alternate commuter parking is available at the new parking garage as well as the Big E Lot.  Alternate employee parking is also available in the parking garage and at the Center for the Arts.
